Access Sciences Corp. will expand and upgrade with its move to the 3D International Tower at 1900 W. Loop South, according to this morning's press release about the relocation in the coming weeks to the 14th-floor office in the 21-story building. Kim Chapman with locally based Transwestern Commercial Services, which leases and manages the 406,415-sf high rise, tells GlobeSt.com that the long-term lease kicks in April. 1. The 76.6%-leased building carries a quoted full-service rate of $19 per sf to $21 per sf, gross.

Transwestern's Greg Tilton represented the building owner, Aslan Realty Partners II LP, an investment fund managed by Transwestern Investment Co. in Chicago. NAI Houston co-managing principal Jon Silberman and associate Griff Bandy negotiated on behalf of the tenant, an information and document management consultant for engineering, government, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing industries.
