In the coming months, Allen Systems Group will relocate to a second-floor office at 2231 E. Camelback Rd. from 4343 E. Camelback Rd. "This relocation will enable ASG to reduce their local office's occupancy costs by over 40%," says Jonathan Keyser, principal for the local Cresa Partners' office, "as well as increase productivity and profitability due to a significantly more efficient office space design and layout." Details about how much space is being shaved and a more precise move-in date weren't available by publication time, but GlobeSt.com did learn the deal was sealed with a five-year term.
Allen Systems Group, an international, 50-office network headquartered in Naples, FL, was represented by Keyser while Jerry Jacobs with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. bargained for the owner. In a press release about the upcoming move, the inbound tenant's local manager credits Anchor Centre's location and nearby amenities with being the dealmakers. The office complex's quoted rate is $27.50 per sf to $29 per sf.
The majority interest in the 336,939-sf Anchor Centre changed in late January from the Patrinely Group LLC of Houston to Denver-based Alliance Commercial Properties.
