LinksEstate's services include tenant, landlord and corporate representation for property investment planning, asset acquisition and disposition, site selection and price negotiation in all four of the real estate food groups. In addition, TCN officials say the firm maintains a database of some 800 significant commercial buildings in the Taipei metropolitan area.

LinksEstate principal Aaron Shaw says the relationship will bring additional business to the firm as firms throughout the world use TCN to tap into the Taiwan marketplace. TCN president H. Ross Ford says the alliance also will provide additional opportunities for its other member firms while helping fill out the company's Asia membership, which includes firms in Beijing and Seoul.
