The buyer is a local partnership; the sale price was not disclosed. The sale-leaseback transaction was arranged for the seller by Kirk K. Miller and Brian J. Harris of the Philadelphia office of Cushman & Wakefield.
One Franklin Plaza is a combination office/flex building. Franklin Electronic Publisher's has the space built out for both headquarters offices and warehouse uses. The company develops and markets a variety of hand-held reference products, ranging from dictionaries to Bibles.
