Inc. is prepping now for a move to 106 and 110 Regal Row in Dallas, getting an industrial complex on 2.9 acres and an abutting 1.5-acre tract for the future, Jim Svidron with NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. "They were in three buildings so all along it was going to be an efficiency move," he says.
Seller Thomas Schuler, who's relocating Resource Building Materials Inc. to a Mockingbird Lane location, had the asset on the market about six months for $2.5 million through Bill Melton of Warehouse Properties in Dallas. Svidron says the new owner teamed proceeds from the sale of 10725 Doric St. to DART with new financing to close the transaction.
