NEWBURGH, NY-Kohl's Corp. has signed an 89,000-sf ground lease at Newburgh Plaza. Construction on a new freestanding Kohl's department store--to be built at the site of the former Lloyd's department store that has sat vacant here for nearly a decade--will begin in April.
