James Boudrot with NAI Hunneman Commercial in Boston tells GlobeSt.com that the lease by Silverlink Communications will more than double the company's size when it moves into the building next month. The four-year-old firm currently leases about 6,000 sf at 15 New England Executive Park, also in Burlington.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Boudrot says space in the building generally rents in the low $20 per sf range. He says the communications firm selected the property because it met the company's expansion needs and offered a layout and infrastructure that meshed well with its growth plans.
The lease negotiations were handled for the tenant by Boudrot and Steve James, also with NAI Hunneman Commercial. Jason Levendusky and Michael Ripp of CB Richard Ellis represented INVESCO, the building's owner.
