BRIDGEWATER, NJ-The Atlanta-based REIT now owns both buildings comprising the four-year-old Bridgewater Crossing business campus, originally built by Hines. Sanofi-aventis occupies more than half of the building just acquired. Sources puit the price at near to $80 million.
Bridgewater Crossing is located in the I-78/287 corridor in Central New Jersey. The site is adjacent to the one million-sf Bridgewater Commons Mall, and to the two-year-old Bridgewater Marriott Hotel.
