James Stubblebine with the Stubblebine Co. in nearby Lexington tells GlobeSt.com that the Richmond Co. of Peabody, MA outbid several other prospective buyers to take control of the 23 Concord St. property from Blue Angel Realty Trust. The new owner plans to upgrade the office space and move into the structure once renovations are completed, Stubblebine says. The property's only tenant, John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, will relocate to Woburn.
The buildings, sitting on two acres, are located about a quarter-mile from Route 93 and just three exits north of Interstate 95. Stubblebine says the location was a key selling point in the transaction. Stubblebine along with Alan Ringuette, also with the Stubblebine Co., represented the seller and procured the buyer.
