McFarland, who holds the SIOR designation along with Ellis and Sholian, tells GlobeSt.com that his separation from TCC was an amicable one and that he will continue to represent its portfolio of clients, which include Key Bank, Textron, DR Horton, Dolphin Software and Pitney Bowes.
Like Ellis, who brought with him brokers Jeff Sholian and Ben McInnis, McFarland also brought two people with him. They are fellow broker Matt Krueger, who specializes in office leasing and sales, and marketing coordinator Jodie Bach. The Portland office of Pacific Real Estate Partners is located in the Umpqua Bank Plaza, a property listed by Pacific Real Estate Partners and owned by Equity Office Properties.
Pacific Real Estate Partners Inc. was founded in 1993 by Steven Schwartz, William Pollard, Mark Flippo and Stuart Williams. Prior to the opening of the Portland office, the firm employed 25 and focused its activity exclusively in the Puget Sound marketplace. The last Seattle brokerage to extend its reach to Portland was Kidder Mathews in 2003.
