Formerly known as Accubanc, the firm will take 7,286 sf on the ninth floor at 7 New England Executive Park. The expansion gives the banking firm more than 4,000 sf of additional space to accommodate the consolidation of its North Shore and Waltham branches, James Stubblebine, with the Stubblebine Co. tells GlobeSt.com.

He says the firm opted to stay at New England Executive Park because of its central location. The company, which previously occupied about 3,000 sf at 14 New England Executive Park, moved to another building because its previous location could not accommodate the expansion.

Terms of the lease, negotiated for the tenant by Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette, also with Stubblebine Co., were not disclosed. Stubblebine says lease rates in the 199,860-sf, class A building are about $22 per sf gross. Owner Equity Office was self-represented by Greg Clancy.
