The 65-acre development has 4.2 million sf of mixed-use space in 10 buildings. A contact for the REIT tells GlobeSt.com says the renewal and expansion pushes the 31-story 5 Greenway Plaza to 91% occupancy.

Charles Gordon and Lance McCarthy with of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Houston office represented Occidental Oil & Gas Corp. in its expansion talks. The office building's quoted rate is roughly $21 per sf.
