The Gym, a fitness center, was represented by John Luongo and Jerry Putterman of Grubb & Ellis' Fairfield, NJ office. The owner of the building, the Paramus, NJ-based S. Hekemian Kasparian Troast Co. was represented in-house. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
"Third and fourth facilities are coming soon," Luongo says. And according to the Gym's website, the company is also planning to open its first out-of-state facility later this year in Armonk, NY. The specific location was not disclosed.
