Their deals included negotiating for Burger King Corp. in 250,000-sf relocation of its world headquarters in Coral Gables, FL; Clark Hill PLC law firm in a 76,335-sf transaction and a 78,161-sf sublet deal in Detroit; Haas Publishing Cos. Inc., 66,918 sf in Norcross, GA; the Husch & Eppenberger LLC law firm for 51,964 sf in Kansas City, MO; Norwegian Cruise Line, 42,081 sf in Mesa, AZ; AirTran Airways Inc., 38,104 sf in Atlanta; Smith Currie & Hancock LLP law firm, 36,826 sf in Atlanta; Kaplan Higher Education, 34,396 sf in Alpharetta, GA; and Cumulus Media Inc., 20,461 sf in Atlanta.

The brokers credit their support staffs for their successes. "They were instrumental in making 2005 the outstanding year it was for the Atlanta and Miami offices," says Golden. Duffy says the team has "developed the ability to leverage off each other in a variety of situations, which helps us most effectively serve the needs of our clients." Sanders calls the team "a partnership based on mutual trust and a commitment to our work, which enables us to provide the top-tier level of service our clients expect."
