Southeast Capital Partners has hired Dan Lussier from DKM International Inc. as managing director. Lussier will be responsible for all of the company's day-to-day operations, says Southeast Capital president Jay Clark. Lussier began his 20-year real estate career as senior vice president and chief financial officer with Santa Anita (CA) Development Corp. He also worked with Owl Cos. and the Jack Tarr Cos.

The Pinnacle Cos. and CRB Realty Associates have retained national land planner Anton C. Tony Nelessen, president, A. Nelessen Associates Inc. of Belle Mead, NJ, to help redevelop 107 acres in suburban Roswell. The project, at GA 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road, was formerly known as Gateway 400.

Richard Bowers & Co. has added five new agents. They are Tom Clappier, a former golf professional at East Lake Golf Club; Jeff Kinton, a former leasing specialist and property manager with RAM Partners LLC and also a former commercial data manager and market analyst for Dorey's First CLS; T.C. Madison, an industrial properties research specialist; John Simpson, who interned at Weaver and Woodberry Real Estate; and Anthony Lois, a land development specialist.

In the hotel sector, Lodgian Inc. has hired James A. MacLennan as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will replace CFO Linda Borchert Philp, who is leaving March 15 to enter another field. MacLennan previously worked at Buford, GA-based Theragenics Corp. where he was CFO and treasurer.
