Among the clients he represented were InterContinental, Hyatt, Hilton, Sonesta, Wyndham, Morgans Hotel Group, Donald Trump, the Blackstone Group, WCI Communities, AIG and the Patrinely Group. His areas of expertise encompass finance, development and operations in the hotel, condominium, mixed-use, timeshare, fractional and destination club industries throughout the US, the Caribbean and Latin America. Oms' practice areas are in hotel, resort and mixed-use development; residential and hotel ownership, and hotel operations. Susan Robin practices in the areas of real estate, hotel and resort law and commercial leasing.
Albert Gortz, who head's the firm's office here, says the new players are part "of our ongoing strategy to grow the Boca Raton office and our overall transactional practice." There are 30 attorneys in this Proskauer office, and the company has more than 700 lawyers in the US and Europe.
