BREA, CA-The Guthrie Development Co. of Costa Mesa has sold all of the buildings in its Mariner Commerce Park, a five-acre, 13-building master-planned business park. Rob Guthrie, president of the company, reports that the buyers were local small businesses interested in acquiring modern facilities in North Orange County.
Mariner Commerce Park is on the northeast corner of Mariner Street and Arovista Circle. The buildings range from 5,330 sf to 10,960 sf.
The buyers included a variety of small business owners. Guthrie was represented in all of the sales by Ben Seybold, Zach Niles and Sean Ward of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis and Marty Stradtman of the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis. The buyers were represented by various brokers.
Guthrie founded his company in 2000 to specialize in real estate development, acquisitions and management. The company owns, developsand manages the projects, with more than 20 properties throughout Southern California either completed or under way.
