Signal Perfection Ltd, which operates 21 offices throughout the US, selected the 45 South St. facility in Hopkinton because of its interior build-out and its location near the junction of Route 495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, Scott R. Hughes, president of New Dover Associates Inc. in Framingham, tells GlobeSt.com. "It was a good fit for their needs and geographically was close to their northeast operations." The company will gain several thousand square feet over its current offices in Franklin, MA. Terms of the short-term lease were not disclosed.
Hughes, along with colleague Matthew S. Marino represented the tenant and its affiliated company SPL Integrated Solutions. The property owner, Hopkinton Equity Partners LLC, an affiliate of Everest Partners LLC of New York City, was represented by Robert D. McGuire and Matthew J. Flaherty, both with CB Richard Ellis-New England and Denise L. Geroir, leasing coordinator of Everest Partners.
