RCR Enterprises of Riverside, CA has bought 330 S. River Dr. in building for its expansion. The firm, which has several locations in Southern California, also has a team in Las Vegas. "Their MO is to own their buildings rather than lease them," explains the buyer's broker, Steve Bodeman with GVA DAUM's Phoenix office.
Bodeman tells GlobeSt.com that the seller, Meyers Enterprises of Scottsdale had received two additional offers. As a result, he says the building "sold close to the asking price." Kurt Saulnier and Mike Wallis with GVA DAUM's Phoenix office represented the seller.
RCR will use the site for storage, sales and marketing, beginning April 1. "They're taking it as is," Bodeman adds. "There'll be a little painting necessary, but other than that, it'll work fine." He says the buyer "looked at a good half a dozen buildings and ruled the rest of them out."
