The company, which has been a tenant in the historic, 13-building, 1.1 million sf office park for the past two years, will add several hundred square feet to its operations when it moves into its new location, Robert McGuire, with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tells GlobeSt.com. The company was previously located at 1 Clock Tower Place.
OmniViz, which provides data analysis and visualization tools for industrial users won't be expanding but it will be staying in 9,043 square feet at 2 Clock Tower Place after signing a five-year lease renewal. The company has been a tenant in the building for about five years.
Terms of the leases were not disclosed but McGuire says space in Clock Tower Place generally rents from between $13 and $16 per sf gross. Located near Routes 128 and 495, the mixed use office and manufacturing park has 92 tenants, including Monster.com, Verizon and Beacon Technology Partners.McGuire along with Chris Tosti, Robert Walles and Matthew Flaherty, all of CB Richard Ellis/New England, represented the owner, Wellesley Management Co. Mark Mulvey, with the Trammell Crow Co. represented SiCortex, while David Ross with Cresa Partners handled the negotiations for OmniViz.
