WorkSpaces LLC, a systems space designer and local distributor for the Zeeland, MI-based Herman Miller Inc., will move into 3,842 sf in the 11201 N. Tatum Blvd. building during the second quarter, according to John Bonnell in Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office. WorkSpaces LLC will be vacating 5112 N. 40th St., just northwest of the city's central area.
Bonnell and TCC colleague Jason Moore represented the building's owner, REIT Management and Research LLC in San Diego. As part of the deal, "the landlord is throwing in about $75,000 worth of improvements," Bonnell tells GlobeSt.com.
Bonnell adds that more deals are pending for the 80%-occupied, 109,961-sf Anasazi II. Greg Mayer, also with Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix team, was the tenant's broker.
