JLL's Thomas Reilly and Jonathan Meisel, both executive vice presidents, are handling the 2100 North Central Rd. in Fort Lee, which consists of seven floors of office space atop six levels of parking near the entrance to the George Washington Bridge. The client was not identified. However, as reported by GlobeSt.com, when the Morristown, NJ-based Normandy Real Estate Partners bought the building for $33.7 million in early 2005 it was 100% net leased to Mellon HR Solutions, a subsidiary of Mellon Financial Corp. As reported, Mellon HR Solutions had just been sold to Affiliated Computer Services and would be vacating the building in stages through mid-2006.

Reilly and leasing specialist Brian Cass will be overseeing the 10,000-sf space, constituting a portion of the fourth floor, is within the 185,000-sf Mountain Heights Center at 430 Mountain Ave. in Murray. The client was similarly not named; the building is owned by Transwestern Investment Co.
