The space, formerly occupied by Visiting Nurse Service of Northern Westchester, will be ready for occupancy by Aug. 1. In March 2005, Stark expanded its White Plains office at 445 Hamilton Ave. by 5,400 sf to 12,600 sf. The firm offers full-time and virtual office space and services, including telecommunications, business-to-business resources and professional back-office support. Its White Plains location features 33 suite offices.

Eric S. Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates of Scarsdale represented Stark Business. Diamond Properties LLC of Valhalla is the owner of the 96,300-sf building.

"The business community in Northern Westchester has experienced substantial growth in recent years, which indicates a significant need for our services," says Stark president Adam Stark. Company officials say Stark will be the only company to offer its clients conference space in White Plains and Mount Kisco.

They add that Diamond Properties is renovating the lobby of the 100 South Bedford building, installing an electronic business directory and upgrading the bathrooms and elevator cabs. The building owner is also undertaking extensive remodeling of the Stark leased office space, they say.
