FONTANA, CA-Retail tenants have signed for more than 80% of the space at the newly completed Foothill Village shopping center in 10 leases totaling more than 24,000 sf, according to REP Commercial Inc. of Irvine. The company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners Inc., reports that the tenants are expected to open in May or June at the project, which is a 27,000-sf center that was completed in February.
The new shopping center is at Foothill Boulevard and Redwood Avenue, adjacent to a newly completed 68-unit senior apartment complex and one-half mile east of a new development planned for 131 single-family homes and 110 apartments. Thomas Tway and Terry Parker, based in REP Commercial's Irvine office, are the marketing and leasing agents for landlord RG Centers LLC of Fontana.
New tenants that have recently signed leases include Noble Roman Pizza & Toscano Subs, Infinite Vision Mortgage & Professional Real Estate Group, Moonstar Dollar store, Humbertas bridal store, Marisco's Los Compadres Mexican Seafood Restaurant, R&J Liquor store, a deli, a dentist, Cali Cuts Beauty Salon and JK Nails & Spa.
