Natgun Corp.'s development site is located at 410 Trinity Blvd., a hand-off from KA Partners, an electrical contractor that owned and sold a multi-tenant building right next door. Tax records show Natgun's local operations base is leased space in 690 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington, owned by Koll Bren Fund VI LP from Newport Beach, CA.
Brett Owens with Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com that KA Partners, which continues to lease space next door, "was considering developing it before he decided to sell it." He and Henry S. Miller Commercial's Pete Richardson got a "few deals" during the course of the yearlong run on the market.
