TUSTIN, CA-Coreland Cos. has landed five new retail leasing assignments totaling more than 428,000 sf in Southern California, according to Steven Hogberg, VP of sales and leasing for the company. The new assignments include properties in Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
The new centers are Mission Foothill Marketplace in Mission Viejo, Carwood Center in Lakewood, Mountain Village Plaza in Chino, the Staples Shopping Center in San Bernardino and Beach & Garfield East Center in Huntington Beach. The team of Matt Hammond, Bryan Bauer, Fred Godinez and Martin Porter will be handling the new properties.
Mission Foothill Marketplace is a 150,000-sf shopping center located at 28721-28841 Los Alisos Blvd. in Mission Viejo and includes tenants Vons, Sav-on and Tutor Time. The 106,721-sf Carwood Center is a Vons-anchored property at 4200 Woodruff Ave., and the 90,804-sf Mountain Village Plaza is a Ralphs anchored center at 12821-12863 S. Mountain Ave.
The 50,000-sf Staples Shopping Center is at 905-B E. Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino, and the Beach & Garfield East Center is a 31,281-sf property at 18872-18888 Beach Blvd. that includes tenants CVS, Kragen Auto and a drive-thru Starbucks that is under construction.
