The new offices will combine Staubach operations that are now housed at locations in West Los Angeles and elsewhere in downtown Los Angeles. The offices at 515 S. Flower will be larger than the two former locations combined.
Staubach expects to move into the new space in April, says Whitley Collins, managing principal for the firm. He says the new space will provide a centralized location for serving clients throughout the Los Angeles area.
The City National Plaza complex was completed in 1972, and Thomas has recently renovated the property, which occupies a full city block. It consists of two 51-story office towers, one plaza level building and four subterranean levels.
