In addition to managing the West Los Angeles office, Olofson remains an active broker who represents a group of clients that includes large local, regional and national firms. He has consistently ranked among Cushman & Wakefield's top-producing brokers nationwide and in 2005 was recognized as the firm's top commercial broker in the Western US.
Olofson joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985. In 1990, he started working for Cushman Realty Corp., which merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001.
Olofson's clients include Douglas Emmett & Co., Maguire Partners, Jacobs Engineering and Olympus Corp. Since entering commercial real estate, he has negotiated more than 500 sale and lease transactions totaling more than eight million sf.
