E Pawon & Son has taken 253,000 sf at Wakefield Europort in Yorkshire, one of northern England's largest distribution and manufacturing parks. Finally, iForce has signed a lease on 165,000 sf at the Fort Industrial Park in Birmingham, West Midlands.
