Richard Robinson, vice president of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens in Boston, tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which currently occupies about 15,000 sf at Waltham's Waverly Oaks Office Park, will move into the three-story, 63,000-sf building in June. Other tenants include Aegis and West Suburban Eye Surgery.
"It was a perfect fit for the group," says Robinson. "The design build-out really worked well for their program." He adds that the company selected the site because of its central location, cafeteria, current configuration and future ability for expansion.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Robinson says space in the building generally leases in the low to mid-$20 per-sf range. Robinson handled the transaction for the tenant. Jack Kerrigan and Mark Coelhoe, both with Grubb & Ellis and former Grubb & Ellis broker Doug Adamian, now with GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented the owner, Crosspoint Associates.
