Leventakis will be assisting Mark Piscitelli, EVP and managing director of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario, Riverside and San Gabriel Valley offices, in the management of the three offices. Rick Sheckter will continue in his role as SVP and Sales Manager of the San Gabriel office.
In his new role, Leventakis will be responsible for managing the transaction professionals, business development, recruitment and strategic planning in the three offices. In addition to his managerial duties, he will be continuing his brokerage business for the remainder of 2006 and into 2007 until all existing transactions are competed.
Leventakis has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1994, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties. He has been a consistent top producer at the company, achieving the firm's Circle of Excellence designation, which is awarded to its top professionals nationwide, and was also recently named to the firm's President's Council.
