Also available for development are five parcels of land totaling 2.13 acres on Fort Avenue and Szetela Lane. They are located in a residential neighborhood near the waterfront and within walking distance from the downtown area.
City officials are also seeking a buyer for a nearly two-acre site at 70-92 Boston St., which is comprised of a several vacant industrial buildings totaling 6,480 sf. The former factory buildings are located within a mixed-use area and contain commercial, industrial and residential parcels.
