The company expanded operations with the addition of several employees, Michael Shreve, vice president of T3 Advisors in Waltham, tells GlobeSt.com. He says the company wanted keep its headquarters in the same area but was looking for a property that would enhance its corporate image.
"This is definitely the best quality building in that area," says Shreve, who handled the transaction for the tenant. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. The building's owner, Equity Office Partners, was self-represented by Vicki Keenan.
