BILLERICA, MA-Catalogue distribution firm E. Brookmyer Distributors has purchased a 19,000-sf single-story industrial condo at 2 Sterling Rd. for $1.6-million. Last year, Delta Roofing purchased the 40,000-sf building for $2.5 million and subdivided it. Delta will retain ownership of the remaining space.
The site was originally owned by the Boston Church of Christ, which completely renovated it to include 4,000 sf of office space. The building's industrial space also has 20-foot-high clearance in the distribution area. David Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. tells GlobeSt.com the property was sold for below replacement costs.
The transaction was handled by James, David and Micah Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette, all with Stubblebine Co. The Lexington brokerage firm also procured the property's buyer.
