At Predium, Clay Vaughn has become the fourth principal in the 25-employee office after a three-year stint as an associate director for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. "Clay's an important piece to us building our local presence," Seth Weinstein, principal and co-founder of the Plano-based firm, tells GlobeSt.com. The plan is to leverage Vaughn's seven years of local professional relationships with the national accounts that Weinstein and principals Mitch Wolff and Billy Lacy have amassed.
"We're real strategic in our growth," Weinstein says. "It's client driven. We're not looking for bodies; we're looking for quality."
Predium's expansion push also seated Robert Durbin as head of the new Austin office at 9600 Great Hills Trail, joining a network that includes San Jose, CA and Cincinnati teams. Durbin, with 12 years in the business, began in Dallas and moved to Austin a decade ago.
The CBRE win put Robert O. Fulford II into a first vice president's role for the industrial division after eight years, most recently as vice president, with Grubb & Ellis Co. "It was a great opportunity with what I consider the best national platform in town," says the 10-year broker."p>At Colliers International, Greg Hoffman and Bryan San Angelo joined the ranks as senior vice president of property services and vice president, respectively. Hoffman, with 25 years' experience, was leasing director for GVA Cawley while San Angelo was a director in the firm. Hoffman spent seven years and San Angelo did four at GVA Cawley.
"Colliers has the resources and dedication to expand the property services group and it will be great working in collaboration with Kevin Brookmole and Kari Pearce in helping grow that division," Hoffman says in a press release.
C&W, Cawley and Grubb & Ellis spokespeople were contacted, but had no comment on the exits.
