The seller was Rolling Hills View Center, LP, which was represented by Ken McLeod and Tom Lagos of the West Los Angeles office of Grubb & Ellis, who also represented the buyer. The center's tenants include Jo-Ann Fabrics, Starbucks, Clear Channel Communications, T-Mobile and Regency Outdoor Advertising.

In another Los Angeles County retail deal, Georges Gross Trust Co. of Los Angeles acquired the 12,500-sf Sherman Way Plaza in Reseda from Ro Property Inc. of Glendale for $4.1 million. According to Grace Yoon of Colliers International, who represented the seller, the shopping center is "a great property" in an area where retail properties "are hard to come by."

The shopping center is 100% leased, with 7-Eleven as its anchor and with high visibility from the heavily traveled Sherman Way Boulevard. Its location is 18845 Sherman Way. The buyer was represented by Georges Collins of Re/Max.
