ANAHEIM, CA-The Ducoing Family Trust has paid $9.8 million for a 62,840-sf industrial building, a portion of which it will use as the headquarters for its wholly owned company, Perfection Painting. GVA Daum reports that the Ducoing Trust bought the property, which is a freestanding building at 3818 E. Coronado St., from the Price Family Trust.

The Ducoing Family Trust was represented by Chris Migliori of GVA Daum, with the seller represented by Rob Socci and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage. The building occupies a six-acre parcel that includes approximately 2.5 acres of additional vacant land.

Migliori notes that, with vacant industrial land parcels in Orange County ranging from $30 to $40 per sf, "the price of the building appears high, but land prices have increased approximately 30% in the last 12 months." Migliori adds that the buyer is thinking of leasing the vacant land.
