Tucker Hansen with Meredith & Grew's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the 10-year lease gives the growing Prometrika added room for expansion along with a higher-profile location."To lease nearly 11,000 sf meant a lot," says Hansen. "It gave them room to grow and also gave them a full-floor identity." Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Hansen says space in the building generally rents in the upper-teens.
Hansen and Joe Flaherty, also with Meredith & Grew, represented the tenant while Robert Fitzgerald, with CB Richard Ellis' Boston office, handled the negotiations for the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors.
