CHATSWORTH, CA-Sanyo North America Corp. has signed an 11-year, $15.8 million lease renewal for 67,250 sf of office space at Chatsworth Business Park, a 231,770-sf project that is owned by tenant-in-common sponsor Triple Net Properties. Santa Ana-based Triple Net was represented by the CB Richard Ellis team of Ron Wade, Bennett Robinson and Matt Heyn.
Sanyo is one of two tenants at the Chatsworth Business Park, which is 100% leased. The other tenant is the County of Los Angeles Department of Social Services.
The business park was originally constructed in 1986 and has since undergone renovations in 1996 and 1998. Sanyo North America, whose space is at 21605 Plummer St. in the office park, was represented by Mark Sullivan and Scott Katcher of Studley.
The Chatsworth property is part of a Triple Net portfolio of more than 28 million sf of commercial holdings. Sanyo North America is part of the Sanyo Group of companies, an international organization comprising 83 manufacturing companies, 37 sales organizations and 38 other companies.
