"The space they took over hadn't been vacant for that long," says Steve Rocher, vice president in Houston for Trammell Crow Co. The long-time tenant at 3838 N. Sam Houston Parkway East provides global logistics management and information systems consulting. Rocher and colleague Kristen Rabel represented tenant and owner, BMS Management Inc. of Houston.

Rocher tells GlobeSt.com that the tenant didn't look at other office buildings prior to the renewal and expansion. He says there was every indication the tenant was happy in the 117,394-sf Cross Continents I. The 93%-leased office building, renovated about four years ago, carries a quote of $16 per sf gross. Rocher indicates that, at this time, there are no additional leases pending.
