WOBURN, MA-A provider of first aid and safety products for businesses has consolidated its offices into more than 21,000 sf of space at 10 Gill St. The move centralizes the firm's operations and gives it a location closer to the customers it serves.
Cincinnati-based Cintas First Aid & Safety selected the site because of its proximity to Routes 128 and 95 and the building's layout, which offered office space in addition to room for the company's vans, John Wiseman, leasing vice president for the building's owner, Cumming Properties, tells GlobeSt.com.
"They service a pretty large area and they have to be centrally located so access to Routes 128 and 95 was essential," says Wiseman. The company, a division of Cintas Corp., was previously located in about 10,000 sf in Chelmsford, MA with a satellite office in the Malden area, he adds.
Terms of the seven-year lease were not disclosed, but Weisman says space in the area generally rents in the low to mid-teens. Cintas was represented by Jack Kerrigan of Grubb & Ellis. Wiseman and Pat Christensen, leasing and property manager for Cummings Properties repped the ownership.
