The signing was arranged in-house by Richard Travaglini, Mack-Cali's director of leasing. Jonathan Meisel of Jones Lang LaSalle's New Jersey office here represented Travelers. The lease runs for five years and seven months. Further terms were not released; however, available space within the Mack-Cali Business Campus is listed on the REIT's website with asking prices in the $20- to $22-per-sf range.

"This is a significant lease agreement," says Mitchell E. Hersh, Mack-Cali's president and CEO. The insurer's signing brings the 100,036-sf 6 Century Dr. to the 72.8% leased mark.
