CERRITOS, CA-One buyer has acquired a multi-tenant industrial park of nearly 60,000 sf here for $6.7 million and another has purchased a 55,000-sf single-tenant building in Corona for $4.5 million. The $6.7-million property is called Cerritos Industrial Park and is 100% leased to 28 small business tenants at 2100-12114 E. Park and 16741-16788 Parkside.
Both the buyer and the seller were represented by Mike Hefner of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage. Hefner notes that the tenants include Eden Interiors, a source for commercial and residential construction, home improvements, flooring, window coverings and furniture.
In the Corona transaction, Mitch Zehner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office reports that Darr Con Enterprises, an after-market auto manufacturer of exhaust and suspension systems, sold the single-tenant property at 1451 E. Sixth St. to a private investor. Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer and the seller.
