Michael Zerbe in Colliers L&A's Plymouth Meeting office has been appointed senior vice president in the industrial division. He's been with the company since 1994 and handles transactions for Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Mark Chubb, who was instrumental in developing the company's Wilmington, DE office, has been appointed vice president in the industrial division at that office.
David Dunkelman has been promoted to vice president of the retail division. He joined the company in 2000 and specializes in high-volume retailer rollouts and the leasing and selling of retail property in the New Jersey and Philadelphia metropolitan markets. Matthew Shanahan has been appointed vice president of the office division. He joined the company in 1999 and specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties, representing both tenants and owners in the suburban Philadelphia markets. Dunkelman and Shanahan are both based in the headquarters office here.
Meanwhile, Mark A. Duszak brings 12 years of experience, primarily in the disposition of multifamily assets, to the CBRE multifamily investment team in Wayne. He will specialize in the sale of apartment buildings in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
