Craig Hagglund, the Lee & Associates principal in charge of spearheading the new Oakland office, say the new office will help the company expand its market reach along the 880 corridor and into the Oakland metropolitan area. His goal is to have 15 brokers working out of the office within the next year or two.
The Lee Oakland team includes Hagglund; Jesse Lucas, Doug Pearson, Chris Schofield and two brokers new to the organization, David McCarty and Drew Fischer. All brokers within Lee & Associates are principals and shareholders.
Presently, the Lee & Associates offers industrial and investment brokerage in the East Bay. Hagglund says he plans to add office and retail brokers in the near future.
