For Advance, he will head the company's marketing department and will be responsible for internal communications, corporate and related marketing and property-level marketing, among other things. "He will enhance our ability to market our corporate brand, existing properties and development pipeline," says Kurt Padavano, COO of Advance Realty Management.
Advance Realty Group currently has 5.5 million sf of operating properties. It has also has a development portfolio consisting of eight million sf of commercial projects and 9,400 residential units.
