Managing partner Ira Nordlicht says the firm expects to take occupancy of its new office at RPW Group's 800 Westchester Ave. property by August. The firm, which practices in the areas of corporate, international law, securities, real estate, secured transactions and employment law, signed a 10-year lease at the 550,000-sf complex.
Howard Greenberg, president of Howard Properties, Ltd. of White Plains, was the exclusive tenant representative. "With its headquarters at the prestigious Olympic Tower in Manhattan, and its roster of high-profile American and European clients, Nordlicht & Hand required a Westchester office that mirrored the quality of its New York office."
Nordlicht adds that 800 Westchester Ave. is "the prestigious address" the firm was looking for. In addition, the office will also be convenient to a number of attorneys with the firm who reside in Westchester. Nordlicht & Hand joins a tenant roster that includes Altria Corporate Services, Ameriprise, Cadent Energy Partners, Charter Realty & Development, Coventry Capital, Ideas International Inc., Mitsui Chemical, Tramsco International, Trucc Cos. and WRNN.
