CORONA, CA-Six new retailers have signed for the space at the 350,000-sf Phase I of the Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos, which is scheduled to open in October. The six join nearly 40 other tenants already lined up for the development.
The retail center, being created by Memphis-based Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, is part of the master-planned Dos Lagos community being created by locally based SE Corp. The six new tenants include women's clothing retailer Charlotte Russe, Citrus City Grille, Coach gifts and accessories, Gymboree, Miguels restaurants and Talbot's specialty women's and children's retailer.
The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos is situated along Interstate 15 south of Highway 91. The 543-acre Dos Lagos project that is part of is being developed on one of the last and largest sites of its kind in the Corona area.
Poag & McEwen describes the Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos as a pedestrian-oriented shopping venue that will feature a main street with varied storefronts and water features including the two lakes for which the development is named. The design will include lakeside restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater and a 15-screen movie theater.
The 350,000-sf Phase I of the Promenade Shops is scheduled to open in October. Among the other retailers that have been announced for the project are a host of national, regional and local tenants including American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Coldwater Creek, Eddie Bauer, Finish Line, Jos. A. Bank, Limited Too, Rocky Mountain Chocolate, Victoria's Secret White House/Black Market and Z Gallerie.
