Rhythmia Medical Inc. searched the Boston, Cambridge and Route 128 markets before settling on the 400 West Cummings Park building, Leon Amariglio, who founded the firm with Doron Harlev, tells GlobeSt.com. "It was the ideal layout as far as we were concerned." The company was previously located in about 1,200 sf in Charlestown.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Rob Yacobian, leasing director for Cummings Properties, which owns the building, tells GlobeSt.com that space in the property generally leases for between $14 and $16 per sf, full service. The building, which counts among its tenants Paragon Imaging and All Systems Integration, is more than 90% occupied. Both Amariglio and Harley negotiated the lease on behalf of Rhythmia Medical while Yacobian handled the transaction for Cummings.
