GVA Daum signed its lease at the 24-story, 460,000-sf 801 Tower with the Mani Bros. Real Estate Group. The brokerage company is moving from the same amount of space at 123 S Figueroa St., where it has been for 20 years in a lease that expires this month.
Daum chose the 801 Tower for a number of reasons, including its proximity to the numerous development projects under way or planned near the Staples Center, according to Michael Nubel, president and CEO of the company. Daum was represented by Greg Johnson of its Downtown Los Angeles office. Mani Bros. was represented by John Eichler of Cushman & Wakefield.
